We've had to suspend group workouts for a while. :-( With four kids now it's become unmanageable. Coach Dave is still available for private sessions for a fee.
The track is approximately one kilometer south of the Locust Valley train station, the penultimate stop on the LIRR's Oyster Bay line. Alternately, the track is one mile east of the Glen Cove Station. The ride from New York's Penn Station, or JFK Airport takes approximately one hour.
