World Class Racewalking Video Technique Analysis
What to include in your video
I'm not looking for Francis Ford Coppola--although he makes an awfully nice merlot. I just need to see some clear shots of your racewalking technique at training and race paces from the side, and a couple of shots from the front and back. A few passes by the camera from the left and right sides at training and race pace, and one or two from the front and back should do the trick. I don't need to see 3 1/2 hours of footage. If you were DQ'd in a race and can't figure out why or what to do about it, shots from that race would certainly be a bonus. Mini-DV is best, but VHS or DVD will also work or you can email me a clip if it's no more than two minutes--and it shouldn't have to be.
